I love the garden center here. The horticultural specialist Will was very knowledgeable and kind when I came to him with my Areca palm drying after taking it home. He helped me change the soil and also educated me on watering it. I am so glad the plant is doing fine. Big shout out to Will! Also I bought 5 orchids on clearance. Have changed the orchid potting mix and used orchid fertilizer( also bought at Lowe’s) Let’s see how they do. Fingers crossed. I went in to return a extension. Getting her to accept the fact that it is a Kobalt item which was clearly marked was a challenge. Finding said item to exchange-was a chore because it is different. Already annoyed over that I get to the register where the manager I guess was more interested in why the woman was playing with the inflatable decorative pieces than helping me. Recently I was looking for chain link gates. There was an ad online for the gates. So I bought it. I then received a call from the store saying they did not have the item, but I could get it from another store at an escalated price. HOW RUDE!!! Called customer service. No help at all!!!! No price match, no ship to store.... HOW DARE THEY ADVERTISE AN ITEM AND NOT HONOR THEIR SALE PRICES AND IT IS STILL UP ON THE SITE!!!! It's OK for them though, they get u in their store with a false ad. Hoping you won't care!!!!
Sale people walking around, I asked 4 people for something they couldn't be bothered and Manager,,doesn't seem to mind I won't be back and I will be canceling our Lowes credit card. Thank you for a wonderful time
Absolutely disappointed in my new refrigerator purchase. Had to wait 30 days to get it because it had to be ordered, fine. Then they gave me a two hour time window for delivery and showed up 3.5 hours late and was rude and scratched my hardwood floors up and was unapologetic and didn't know how to hook it up. Will never shop at lowes again.
