Just bought a fountain for the yard, get it home start putting it together, and you guested it broken. Should have known it looked resealed. Wasted time, second trips, more time....not happy
Came in to buy bathroom Tile and request if I can have MILITARY discount n show them my military ID OK !! Cashier said "I'm unable to give you the discount cause your not in the system and we don't know if your MILITARY ID is real!!!!!!!! REAL!!! please people now fake military ID !!!! As a home owner, I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars at Lowes and recently purchased a hot water heater and went through the home installation dept. The gas hot water heater was installed on November 3, 2017 and on November 9, 2017 the inspector came out and advised me the installation did not pass inspection. Contracted Lowe's to replace our Roof. The installer failed to complete Job. Ran out of material, cause he FAILED TO INSTALL IT CORRECTLY. Waits till 4 PM to call company. Murphy being my Best Friend, RAINED on us. Winds so high, water got under the felt that was not installed properly. Now I have to scrape our popcorn ceilings. Been here twice already and they have been nice and asked if we needed help with anything. I'm glad they have great customer service. I'm just hoping they will be willing to help throughout this journey of us trying to shop for our home.
Horrible customer service. People were rude and it took over an hour to get our pick up order.
