Came by for the free bucket of supplies for Hurricane victims in the Pensacola area. Mind you it was a terrific gesture but it all went pretty sour knowing I was there 5 minutes after the event and you were out of product. There were cars lined up Airport Road from Davis Highway and 9th Avenue respectively anticipating the event. I bought flooring on the 1st. Wasn’t delivered when they said it would be delivered. 10 days later I waited all morning. 2 hours became 4 hours. Laminate flooring was what I ordered and they informed me it got wet. Why would you deliver flooring on an open bed truck and not cover it with a tarp!? Now it has to be picked back up and redelivered. Who knows when I will get a new order delivered. I also will add that it’s very frustrating to call the store. Overall, I have liked Lowe's honoring veterans, installation services and garden center. However, when I went into the store today, I was dismayed to see that about one fourth of the associates were either wearing their masks below their noses or had them around their necks. Those half hearted measures do nothing to insure the health and safety of customers.
