Insure, order is ready, when you notify customers for curbside/online orders. Don't send them to different departments to track down the orders. Don't waste 11/2 hours of customers time.
Talk about RUDE people! 6ft distance people! No order from employees, no markings, sign read 4080 capacity with the standard State Order so I’m assuming the building has a 8160 capacity during normal times. There were rude people all over you! No social distancing at all!! Only 3 lanes open it was Black Friday x 4! Also they were NOT cleaning the shopping carts, there was NOTHING to clean them yourselves with and when I asked about it the employee looked at me like I was crazy. be proactive in determining status of my order placed in February 2020 - Day 76 from initial order and they still don't know where my refrigerator is -- it's been like pulling teeth to get delivery on other appliances. Management has (1) walked away from me; (2) suggested I cancel the order at 6 weeks of waiting; (3) told I could call corporate again but they would return call to her and she would tell me the same thing; (4) got a voice mail to return a call to "first name" at south huntsville store. tried returning the call... read more

This location in North Huntsville AL has always had very nice, approachable, and knowledgeable team members. I've NEVER had a bad experience at this location.
Visited Lowe’s 7/27/19 to purchase the craftsman 2800 pressure washer and some accessories. I located the pressure washer it was out of reach so I went to the service desk the lady Paige’s an employee to meet me in the department. I waited nothing I then go back and she Paige’s a manager and I go back and nothing I wait 20 minutes no help what so ever. I then go back to the service desk and thank her for trying to get us help and then left the store with out the pressure washer I drove 45 minutes to get.
Checkout person in garden center just now was flat out rude and dismissive. This is the second negative experience I have had.....and I have avoided this Lowe’s for over a year.
The employees are nice, however one customer need to learn how to be a nice person and not a “B” over my moms new dog who was in the buggy minding his own business.. saying she had allergies was “BS” I never seen her do nothing but “B” at us and other customers who had dogs.. I googled it before and it’s allowed..
