I am actually standing inside of the the Lowe's on south parkway in Huntsville, AL. I asked an associate where flex seal spray was located and she said "paint" and walked away. I was unable to find it so went to the paint ordering desk. I was in line and a couple clearly jumped in front of me. I bought a brand new washing machine a couple of months ago, $700, and it NO LONGER WORKS!!!!!!!!! They said since it’s past 30 days there’s NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!!!!!!! Spend your money somewhere else!!!!!! This place does NOT care about their customers or do anything to try to help!!!!!!!! I’m just out $700!!!!!!!!!! So angry and disappointed!!!!!!!!!
ordered a craftmans studd finder for pickup. they gave me an opened tapped up one. totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I paid for a new in the package one. I don't know how they think they can just do that. Down right disrespectful to me the customer!!
Ordered an appliance suite and washer and dryer February 22, 2020. Absolutely loved the appliance salesman — understood at the time that appliances would be in around March 24 (moved into home on March 12) - around March 24 I contacted Lowe’s to determine progress and was told it would be April 4 - - received washer/dryer maybe a week later but supplies weren’t delivered - the following week (on a Wednesday) I was told the delivery people would come that Saturday to place and... Do not recommend shopping at this location. 👎🏼 plenty of associates and none coming to assist after being asked to get some cabinets off a higher self. And when one finally came over, it’s like it was an inconvenience. We will just continue to shop at the north parkway location. At least they’re nice and actually assist.

The filthiest Men's room that I have ever seen in my 70 Years!! Visited twice this week and it was never cleaned or restocked. Forget the online survey, that doesn't work either. Came home and sold my stock in the Company!
Worthless. I asked someone in the plant department where I could find a certain plant. He acted completely put out by my question, and he didn’t even attempt to walk me over to where I could potentially find it. After searching for 10 minutes, I asked the cashier (who was not checking anyone out) if she could show me where to locate it. Instead she started explaining where to look. We ordered windows in November 2017. We are still missing 2 windows, and 4 windows are not the correct style. Store manager has not attempted to resolve the issue.
