I'm from Oregon I hardly ever visit Lowe's At least until I arrived here in Las Vegas.
Customer service is none existent. Asked for help and was pretty much told I didn't look well enough it "should be there" ..OK show me... Rep. Walks over to the area and of course it's not there.. Does she offer any assistance no.. She will send someone over.. 15 minutes later and still no assistance. I decided to wander the store and FINALLY found what should have been in Aisle 1 and was on AIsle 9 instead... Some serious customer service retraining is needed!!
I was in the paint section looking a little lost and the young lady at the customer help desk (who was at her desk which is pretty far from where i was) was kind enough to ask me if i needed help just from me standing there. Good job with customer service. Wish i saw her again or got her name to thank her. At the Lossee store.
It needs more employees the ones there are wonderful things more variety I'm unhappy with the garden section the prices to go down 25% the way hi
