My husband and I went to this Lowe's on Craig Road in NLV today. We are remodeling our stairs and we needed to grab some supplies. We found everything we needed however we needed to get the wainscot paneling cut, my husband brought the measurements with him. No one was in the back in the cutting area so my husband asked somebody in the tool section upfront if they could call somebody to the back and they did. I just wanted to give a shout out to your employee Antonio who went above and beyond for us tonight! We came in to buy a shopvac that showed that there was one available online, however when we got to the store there was not one in the bay. Even though it still showed one in inventory. he honored the price of the one we wanted for a different one so that we didn't have to order online and wait or go to another store. The staff isn’t friendly or helpful. No one said hello or asked if we needed help. Two employees just stood there as we struggled to find what we needed. And I use to love going to Lowe’s. I’ll just go somewhere else! With better customer service!
Went in for a NEW REFRIGERATOR we were attended fast and very friendly and professionally and walked out with a new refrigerator saved $500 . PERFECT! LOWES WAS TERRIFIC THANK YOU!
Product selection, friendly service, clean store.
Be careful, installers only want easy jobs. They can't read a measuring tape. Big difference between the 11.75 inch opening and the 10 inch they claim. Shame on me for cash payment. I may not get a refund, install or store credit, but all my business now will go to Home Depot. Think twice about having Lowes install anything in your home. Do it yourself or go to Home Depot.
