I purchased a dryer from this Lowe’s location and was promised delivery the following day. After a week of headaches, hassles and horse shit my dryer was lost in transit. I was given 3 delivery times and then told the dryer was lost or sold to someone else. I’d rather have my prostate checked by a doctor wearing boxing gloves than ever deal with Lowe’s again.
I purchased a new riding lawnmower and got it home, it wouldnt start, read all the instructions and would not start.. So i took it back to the store the next day, stood there in line for 20 minutes, people were cutting in front of me so i got pissed, excuse me for getting upset because while standing in line watching the only three people at the return desk talk about random things while im in a hurry and two people just walk past me to get help.. Extremely unhappy with their install services. They have dropped the ball several times and we are still waiting 4 months after having bought flooring from them and waiting for them to come install it. They continue to drop the ball even after trying to rectify the situation. Furious.
The worst nightmare ever..... October 2017 Paid for their guy to come out & give us a quote (took pictures & measurements of job) Ordered & pd for flooring first of November..... Months of them & their screwed up paperwork..... Installation day Finally come February 20, 2018. They get out here & say they can't do the job because the tear out wasn't part of the quote & want MORE MONEY on top of $13K already paid..... Materials delivered are STILL screwed up too!!! Now fighting on the refund of my money����������
Been waiting for a delivery for 3 days Lowe's has not been very helpful and it's very poor service . I am very disappointed . Today talk to a guy named Tino, when I stated that he had no heart or compassion ,he said that's correct ......wow just wow I hope that was recorded and I hope he gets talked to . Ordered appliances on cyber Monday. Still have no appliances. They give me a date and no appliances come. This has happened 8 times now! If I didn’t want this exact brand/ size then I would have already canceled it, but I can’t find them anywhere else. Very, very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Not even a phone call letting me know they won’t be here. Worst experience. Sale items don't ring up correctly when checking out cashier said none of them are but won't fix the price, then insult even farther but not giving military discount with military identification cashier said they stopped the military discount with id on January 5. Won't be shopping here again
