I love that they offer special parking for Veterans. Plus, they're always helpful and tend to have the best prices.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and not just the Pearland store, we went to Bay Area and League City. No one wanted to help, not my area, I will call someone.....30 minutes later no one. When asked again not my area!!! Nothing, but BS!!
We've had a nightmare trying to get a washer delivered. The customer service is non existent both on the phone and in the store. I think I will go back to Sear's, they still have their own technicians. They contract the delivery and hook ups of their products to contractors who do not care if the job is done correctly or not.
No one EVER answers the phone and if they do, they just hang up on you.
Full parking lot and only one register open. Not acceptable. Many employees standing around
We ordered garage doors 6 months ago and have YET to have garage doors. The doors coat $3100 and I have almost paid that is storage fees. Lowe’s managers don’t take my calls, don’t call back and have treated us like crap. The haven’t even offered to compensate us for ANYTHING or even an apology!
My husband bought a riding lawnmower from Lowe's Home Improvement on 646 two days ago. When it was delivered today, it was not fully assembled. He is a disabled veteran and wore himself out trying to finish it and now it won't start. I must add when we bought large items from Home Depot they took time to test them out before leaving. I'm very disappointed.
