I called the East Charleston, Las Vegas store for an order status, and customer service hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold for 40+minutes, then the customer service woman picked up and asked me what I needed. I repeated myself, and she hung up on me. I called back, and customer service hung up on me again. I called back again and asked for a manager. A man named Alberto got on the phone. Wonderful place can you find everything
lowes needs to educate thier employee's on thier published price matching policy. i had an advertised price on a dewalt corless vacuum. lowes states they they DO price match any online retailer's advertised price and it specifies that they do not need to have a physical. Todd the store manager argued that is not thier policy i read it to him directly form lowes.com he still said thats not what he has i asked hin to show me and he said no. i then saw the product on amazon for even cheaper than so i took my business to amazon.... read more
Was at the store yesterday. After Christmas sale was very crowded. Kandi was so very helpful. She is the example of what Customer Service should be. She should be training the staff especially the S Eastern store. Thank you again Kandi. Kudos
