Best customer service I had ever had, The sales associate, Jesse walked us through each department and answered all of our questions. We left very happy
This was the absolute worst customer service store I've ever been in. And believe me, I've been in some pretty bad ones. First, the store does not cater to the handicapped. One electric cart for the entire store! Secondly, I went to the window and door specialist. Ricky Cousino took down all my information that was required to be given to the project specialist. Next, I got a call from this Lowes project specialist, Randall Klopp. He rescheduled the appointment for the same day as was originally scheduled, but an hour later.... read more
Great store!!! Employees are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you even!!! Needed multiple items and the associates were able to show me exactly what I needed and helped me on how to use some of the items i am unfamiliar with! My number 1 store always now!
The store is in the middle of nowhere and the employees and management are less than helpful and even rude. Would not shop there even if they paid me
