I see employees setting up displays and straightening the products on the shelves when I walk by. But it seems they don't notice me or say hello, can I help you find something. Nope. I seemed to be invisible. I didn't bother asking where the screen material was, because of this. I did eventually find what I needed to finish up on the missing screens on my new house.
What a joke!!! I go to buy a garbage disposal and check out at the register and pay. I realize the price is not what it said and asked why I then realized the one I purchased had a cord and I needed the one that did not. I then asked if I should leave my items at the register, the clerk said no just put it back and grab the one without the cord and go to the return counter. The sales lady in the plumbing department was very kind and advised me immediately how much installation would be on a new hot water heater and stated it was because of the code and told me hers was not up to code. I went straight to Home Depot and their hot water heater was less expensive and I met a plumber who offered to load it into his truck and follow me home and install it. Thank you lowe's.
The management is not respectful. Not to customers or employees.
