Tried to buy a drill today. Waited over 25 min for someone to unlock the door. Then I had to wait for him to drop off my drill to the cashier which he never did as he decided to start helping someone else. I asked for a manager and apparently there were none. They brought a supervisor who was unhelpful and rude earlier so I just left without buying the drill. I'll have to go somewhere else to buy it . Lowes used to be my go to store for hardware. no more. the selection is poor, you need a half dozen screws to finish a project but you have to buy a blister pack of 50. lately every time I go to Lowes I end up going True Value of Ace. they are much more customer friendly
I’m going to give 2 STARS only because the person that I spoke to at the LOWES at 4625 West Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 was nice and said he would call me back! I ordered some pavers online at Lowes dot com. I got an email from them saying it would be delivered on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 8:30 to 12:30pm. Well, that came and past so I called the Store and they CANCELLED IT!!! Did they call me and notify me? HELL NO!! Jason Did call me and he is going to reschedule the delivery… I’ll wait and see!!!
i went to Lowe's today to buys some items when I got to payed for them I showed them my Veterans card and I was told oh now sir you have to go on line and sign up for a Veterans 10% discount ?I said I did not do that in the past all I had to do is Shoe my Veterans Card then I was told that Changed . I was in the United States Air Force was in Viet Nam in 1967 to 1968 . Lowe's if I have to do all this for a 10% Discount I do not need your to Shop at your Stores any more Home Depot gives me a 10% Discount and all I have to do ... read more
Probably the best of the home improvement stores in Las Vegas....staffed with friendly and knowledgeable professionals.....although a bit understaffed, those that are there go out of their way to serve their customers......The Charleston location has served my family since 2004.
