Just had to basically check our own selves out because cashiers had no idea what they were doing...literally ran around the store ourselves to look for proper pricing while employees stood around looking like deer in headlights. I don't know what is going on over there but you guys need some leadership and training!!!!
Everyone in this store is Wonderful . They all know where things are, and you can tell they love their job and so enjoy helping you ! Must be the Management team that makes them feel so comfortable in what they do. .
I love going to this store. Everyone knows where everything is. You can always get someone to help if you your not sure of something. One of my favorite places to shop. In addition we have had work done by a company that Lowes uses and have been extremely happy with the work as well as the follow thru on the project from beginning to end. We had French doors installed on a interior room.
I bought a mower in another state and had engine trouble so I brought it to this Lowes to send it off to be repaired. After 45 mins and some confusion on finding a repair service, my lawn mower was replaced without question. Tyler made a decision that I think was out of his pay grade but had a definite focus on taking care of the customer. I am not brand loyal but service loyal. I will return to this Lowes for all of my needs as long as the service continues to be provided like Tyler provided.
Lowe's doesn't care about their employees. I realize they get a lot of bums working for them but then they get someone good and loyal and they don't care. I'm hoping he will quit soon. Lowe's is completely undeserving of him.
