Lowe’s you continue to disappoint me. Few times I have been to this location I got rude and IDGAF employees. You are now over 2 hours late on my appliance delivery without so much as a phone call. This is my last time shopping here. Home Depot is across the street.

Went to Lowe's Lumber area for questions regarding deck material and delivery. Jeff Jeffries and Doug Schmid at the Pro Service desk were both very helpful and with the great customer service by them both; we ordered our deck material and will use their delivery service. Just moved to the area and by far could not be more satisfied with their customer service. I would highly recommend asking for either of them to help you with lumber needs. Bought a washer and dryer 2.5 mths ago and the washer has already broken 3 times i asked for a refund or a replacement and they said no i have to go through Samsung . so I have now filed a complaint with the AG, disputed the charge of my credit card and filed a complaint with the BBB.
Thank you to Jeremy in the paint department at the Lowe's in Chandler, Arizona! I was trying to find a discontinued item to repair a floor another company damaged and thanks to his "Eagle eyes" he found two boxes hidden away! He went above and beyond. I hope this comment reaches him and his manager Ron who had him look!
