I will no longer use Lowes for we bought a whole kitchen cabinets and etc and then they got delivered a month sooner which was told we had to store them. Then they said we only had a week to inspect them which they are stacked in our garage that a rental place said they would deliver them only then. Guess this is what we get for not buying local but I longer will we buy from there again. Your customers should always be first mostly when you buy a whole kitchen remodel.
(1) As a Lane Co.Master Recycler (class of Fall 04), I was v.pleased to find out Lowes will take back used nursery pots; Glenwood Tr.Station ceased to do so couple yrs ago. Notified Master Recycler mailing list & now they too all know it. (2) Also, really happy with a backsplash I did with (3 kinds) Lowes tiles. Would append a pic here if i could.
Good luck getting any help. Good luck finding the products they are advertising. Instead you will be directed to more expensive items - that is, if you can find an employee. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other places.
3 hours at your store today. 2 of them spent at the wood cutting station with a hungover employee (yes, she admitted it) to cut our boards. While they were nice people, I shouldn't spend 2 HOURS waiting for my pieces. Next time, I will wait out the holiday for Jerry's to reopen. Better customer service and a lot quicker.
They banned my last post. Suffice it to say, they are "selling" merchandise in a fraudulent manner.
