I've had some "I want to do this" DYI ideas (the ones with no actual plans) and the great people at Lowe's helped me make each one work - beautifully. They helped me replace a dead refrigerator (and delivered it) the day before Mother's Day. Their staff are fun, great sources of help and wonderful people.
Ordered flooring from Geoff and he was so helpful and patient, helpful in making informed decisions and loading our cart and truck. We had a very positive experience! 😊5 stars
I love Lowe's but for the past 2 days I've been trying to rent a carpet cleaner but the lady in customer service I guess, said the machines aren't cleaned and she doesn't know when he'll be in. I could clean it myself!! SHUTR!! WHY ADVERTISE IF YOU DONT CLEAN EM AS SOON AD THEYRE TURNED IN... THATS NASTY!!
I just bought and paid for a refrigerator because mine is broken beyond repair. It can't be delivered until the 15th of September. Can't wait, must call and cancel. Please send me the Lowes telephone number!

Amazing service! They didn't have in stock what we were looking for so the hooked us up with a better model with a huge discount! Thank you Jay and Michael! Cost us less than what we planned to spend and got a better model!
Ordered a washing machine online; got a call from Dana at the Eugene, Oregon store that said they didn't actually have it in stock and she would call back the next morning to see if we wanted them to order it in or cancel the order. No call the next morning. So I called them and spoke to Dana; she had cancelled my order without even giving me the option she explicitly offered me mere hours before in that phone message. Took my business to Home Depot.
This was my Facebook post..after this we got our order filled at Home Depot with absolutely no problem.. Well Lowe's really messed up..dropped a load from the top rack on the floor with a fork lift, they never found our lumber, blocked anyone else from getting lumber loaded so we got our money back and are praying Home Depot can do better..didn't think it was THAT complicated..geez�
There manager Cody is so helpful so with his sales associate,Good customer service .
