Went to Lowe's for a specific range, which showed in stock in your app, was out of stock. Looked at the next level up , it also was out of stock. The personnel pointed out the next level up, which was 200 more...this borderlines on bait and switch techniques, the only thing saving it was order ability, which adds a week plus. The male personnel was extremely condescending.
We had been to every home improvement store around the area looking for backsplash for our kitchen. Right away we we’re helped by Roy. He was the most helpful person we had talked to at any store. Hands down the best customer service we have ever been given!!!
Normally Lowe's is great. Today 1 pint mums were on sale for $1 however they hung the sign on three dollar mums. See photo. Clerk said there was no where else to hang sign. Sign should reflect item behind it don't you think.??
Had an amazing customer service experience with Jeff tonight in appliances. Even though it wasn't his department he was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved that he suggested that we could donate our older, but functional, appliances.
Matthew at the Papillion store was a savior today having a party for my husband with 50+ people attending. Got up this a.m. and frig went out�. Matthew got me on my way quick and very happy, delivering my new frig eithin the hour!���
Had an excellent experience with Lowe's in Papillon today! I was at the Lowe's on Dodge first wanting to have some mulch and play sand delivered to our home. Dodge street Lowe's said they couldn't deliver it until the middle of June! What??? So called Lowe's in Papiillion, spoke to Calinda. She was so helpful and said she could have it delivered today! Today!! How awesome! My delivery truck was here by 12:30 pm! 2 hours later after I had left the store! She was outstanding! Thank you so much for such great customer service! ... read more

We have had nothing but issues with Lowe's and trying to get our toilet fixed, after their flooring subcontractor did not put it back right. I hate being called a liar and that is what management of this store has done and so did their claims department, This is why I will not shop at Lowe's anymore, being called a liar and having then treat me with disrespect. If you want work done professionally and accurate, spend the money, go to a flooring company with some integrity instead of box stores like this, because they have pr... read more
