Do not use these people for any kind of repairs. They outsource the work and then don’t stand behind it. They refuse to call you back when you have a complaint. The company they sent to my house has caused more damage and they refuse to refund my money. Company they hired are all idiots.
I ordered a carpet cleaner and they charged me twice for it I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get resolved won’t ever order from them again 😡
RecommendedThe delivery team at Lowes Papillion, specifically Joe and Justin, are the best I've seen. I had a fridge delivered, on March 2, 2020, they set it up, cleaned up all the packaging, and were extremely polite and friendly. Kudos to yours drivers.
We spent eight hours in Lowe’s over the weekend trying to accomplish what should have taken an hour. No one seems to know where anything is, how to run the computers, and the women who work there can’t ever seem to do anything- they are forever having to call on the very few men that work there. It was truly an unbelievable experience. And I wish I could say this was a lone occurrence-but it wasn’t. After this weekend we decided Home Depot is about to get more of our business.
Horrible customer service after they installed defective carpet twice. Very frustrated and disappointed at how we were treated. We will not be going back to this store again.
I bought a new dryer at this Lowes on April 17. I still don't have the dryer in my home. The delivery is now on it's fourth reschedule. It was supposed to have been delivered day before yesterday, but I got a call from Kalinda at the store on Tuesday telling me the dryer they had for us was damaged and they would need to reschedule a new day. Went into Lowes today not sure of what we exactly needed to build some stairs to our patio. Nate and Jody in the lumber section gave us a better idea than what we started with. They helped us pick out stringers and showed us which fasteners to use. Fabulous service!
