Made a major purchase this evening. Shout out to all the women who helped us! Kitchen , flooring, and check out at the customer service desk. They show that they enjoy what they're doing.
I got windows installed in March 2013. The caulking is all cracked and there is a breeze coming in. I bought 8 windows and Lowe's will do nothing to fix the problem. I paid to have their "professionals" install the windows. They said installation has a one year warranty. The average caulking has a 25 year warranty so what kind of inferior product did they use that it's cracked three and a half years later??? If you need new windows installed DO NOT go to Lowe's in Lehighton!!!!
I would think that since this is the busiest time of the year there would have been more than one register open. The self checkout stations are more trouble than they are worth. Every other item scanned results in an error and the need for the monitoring cashier. Let's get with it Lowes.. provide adequate cashiers and checkout lanes. Don't be like the Lehighton Wal-Mart and Tractor Supply.
