The employees are rude and care more about gossiping to eachother about customers than actually helping them. The nice employees are just not nice enough to make up for the rude ones.

Huge thank you to Aiden who came out to bring my fridge into my house that the delivery company dumped on my patio and refused to bring in the house. It was not a great day getting this sorted, but I truly appreciate Aiden (and David? I can’t remember) for not leaving me high and dry. And thanks to Petra for helping me earlier in the day.
takes a month to get something delivered they sub contract deliveries out and i was told 1-5 pm then at 4pm they call me and tell me now it will be 5-9 pm what a wasted day Go to home depot they deliver on time and reasonable prices
Customer service is absolutely terrible and they don’t try to make anything right. They just don’t care. After all the money we’ve spent there I will not be using them anymore. I can see some things happening but it’s been one thing after another and they didn’t try to work with us at all. Beyond disappointed

Bought flooring to be installed Sept 27 and picked up a week later and waited for call to schedule installation. Since then, there is been soooo much miscommunication and non returned phone calls. Changes were made to what I asked for, including ripping out old flooring. Now they want me to pay extra over what I have already paid. Managers do not return calls. I still have no resolution or install date. Product is just sitting here and Lowe’s couldn’t give a §h*t to make anything right.
Never try to buy appliances there this place is a joke. They had 3 refrigerators in stock but couldn't locate any of them. after waiting for an hour for them to find one I gave up. Horrible customer service.
