I would like to highly recommend the young African American man at the paint station for his patience with a clearly racist customer. Even as a predominantly white male I’m not sure I could have composed myself in such a calm and respectful manner. My hats off to that employee. He did an incredible job for me and before in the crosshairs of a racist looking to start a fight anywhere he could. I suggest a raise for the gentleman at the paint station. They have the worst customer service and nobody knows what they are doing I will never shop at Lowe's again

I haven't bought an appliance from Lowe's yet, but I purchase 98% of what I need from them. When I do buy an appliance, I will go rent a U-haul and pick it up for myself. Love the sales. Love the DIY books. Love the cheerful employees. I plan on getting a surface planer to re-purpose used pallets. Love building useful things. Love all the plants. Clearance prices are out of this world. Sometimes I may have to wait for assistance because the specialist is bizy helping others, but the wait is worth it!
Had a employee help me with finding plumbing material for a project. He was extremely helpful and informative. He was grateful to help and I was more than appreciative.
