I stood in line for over 15 minutes at the Garden Center, waiting for a manager to override a mistake a trainee had made. There was a person "training" her (literally just standing there) and he couldn't override the transaction. I went inside to find a manager, waited another 15 minutes, walked around the entire store, asking every employee I saw where the manager was ... they didn't know. Called from my car. managers are unprofessional
Didn't answer the phone for curbside pick up. The return area jammed with people with no social distancing. There needs to be separate lines for returns and shoppers under the current guidelines that way the employee outside knows where people are going. There needs to be more resources dedicated to customer service. Having employees stack online orders in a corral and tasking your customer service to sift thru it all to find someones order is ridiculous. We ordered a new front door the end of May. As of today the door has not been installed. When the door Finally came in the door hole where the handle was did not have a rounded hole. One side was square. They ordered another door that day which was the 23rd of August as a rush. It is now Sept. 18 and still no door. Door has already been paid for and they have been in no hurry to get this taken care of. It looks like now it will be winter when it gets put in. Very dissatisfied with lows. 😡
