I have ALWAYS liked Lowe's Forsyth, ILL. The store is laid out very well & isle's 'labeled'. Things have NOT always gone well at times, I must say the store Management is very superior when situations have arisen, I have ALWAYS left satisfied. When I have needed help they have had the 'push button' system calling for assistance to your area & service was taken care of, questions have been answered & guidance & references for install if needed were answered. Support coverage for their service plans is horrible. Been without a fridge for 4 weeks and now have to wait another week to find out if the manufacturer will replace it. Rather than do the replacement themselves and deal with the manufacturer themselves, I have to go yet another week without my fridge.
Great customer service Marcus in flooring and Amanda In paint were a huge help the manager Tara was super sweet I couldn't be happier with this place thank you
No one would help me and when the sales lady finally acknowledged me she did not get up, did not show me any range hoods, and told me to go look online. I left.
They need to start a numbering system for those waiting in line at the paint counter. I'd been waiting for 20 minutes as the next person in line & had 2 people cut in front of me in line....
I am currently calling Lowes for the 6th!!!! time.....since i was hung up on the last 5 calls! And i have been on hold before being hung up on a total of 28 minutes!!!!!!
