Although we have experienced the same treatment at this Lowes, we are glad we are reading the reviews that DO NOT RECOMMEND this store !!! It has been many years since this Lowes has had a half way decent group of employees....so sad. The ones we have encountered are disrespectful, rude, afraid to lift a finger, get off their rear and do their job. went in last night looking to get some PCV piping for a DIY project, Ed was amazing! we showed him the picture and put together everything we needed and cut the pipes for us, labeled all the pieces so we could put it back together super easy today. Appreciate Ed so much! The best experiences we have ever had!!
I don't know about the management team, but I have found the staff in Forsyth IL amazing. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and because of them they are my first choice for any home improvement needs.
the way they treat their employees and dont ask them before pushing them into a department. they have some crappy managers that have awful attitudes.
Because I work there and great people that work there plus great deals going on all the time.
went there tonight to look at kitchen cabinets and countertops. nobody that works in that department was there. they took our info and said someone will call us tomorrow. ok no prob. then we go over to price French doors. we wanted to know if we could get a screen door. and what do u know, nobody was working in that department. so annoying. tonight my husband and I are both off and wanted to finish our to do list. funny when we walked out this couple was leaving and said whatever u do.never buy carpet at Lowe's. hate this pl... read more
