Went to buy propane gas this evening. Waited almost 30mins waiting for the person to open propane tank cage. Went to customer service 2x and nothing. Made a call and thats only when they came out. No apologies or anything. Everytime We come here its always a bad experience. I guess its time to find another place to shop.
Very bad customer service at this location, it's at if the employees are inconvenienced. I'll drive across town to avoid this store.
Very poor, poor, poor, and poor customer service.
The worst customer service. People who work there need more customer service skills
