Went to buy propane gas this evening. Waited almost 30mins waiting for the person to open propane tank cage. Went to customer service 2x and nothing. Made a call and thats only when they came out. No apologies or anything. Everytime We come here its always a bad experience. I guess its time to find another place to shop.
Very bad customer service at this location, it's at if the employees are inconvenienced. I'll drive across town to avoid this store.

Everytime I go I get bad costomer service.... The ladies at the service desk and cashiers are friendly and accknoledge you, however the people at some areas do not....example, this morning 30 Oct @ 0800, hardware section. I was looking for a match to a screw i had to replace. Stood there for almost 30 min, opening about 10 pkgs of screws to find correct one, making eye contact about 3 times and not even a boo comment.
