Worst customer service, no attendees to help and no manager on site. Unacceptable for this type of business, especially on a Sunday when most people come here
I placed a online order to pick up at your store on Tuesday Feb. 14th and even got a call telling me my order was ready which at that point told them my daughter would be picking it and they took her name as she would be picking it up on Saturday the 18th. Daughter did go pick up and was asked to drive up to the front by the exit in front. After waiting almost an hour she got off to remind them that she was still outside waiting. I should've read the reviews before wasting my money on this so called business. Spending an extra $20 on shipping for an item that should be delivered the next day, yet won't be arriving till 2 days from initial order date was a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, customer service seems to have zero interest in the consumer. Which is probably why I waited 30 mins on hold just to be told there's nothing they can do for me. Customer service is trash in this establishment.

NEVER will I EVER recommend Lowe's Home Improvement to anyone!! They were supposed to deliver our new washer and dryer today between 1 pm and 4 pm, giving my hubby a call before going over. Well they show up at 1145 am NOT calling my hubby , but proceeded to LIE to us saying they called. Don't they realize there's such things as caller ID allowing us to see IF and WHEN someone calls? So, we will NOT be getting our washer and dryer today. Not until Wednesday. Meanwhile my laundry will continue to pile up!! Not a happy camper ... read more
