the people who work here are friendly and know how to do their job. this store is always clean and has baskets and carts inside at all times. plus I just found out they had veteran parking so I'll get to park up close.
I've only been to this store two times since moving here 3 weeks ago but this place has the best employees. There are 3 people that I worked with at this store who not only helped answer my questions they treated me like family.They spent the extra time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. They also gave me helpful insight about the Stockton area. Although this is not the closest Lowes store to my house it will always be the one I use. Keep up the good work!
I ordered a grill on-line, and it was to be delivered to this store. It was to be assembled and delivered for FREE. It was delivered in the box, and when I asked why. According to the store they have no idea what corporate puts on the website. I received a call on Thursday from Robert, the store manager. He assured me it would be here Saturday morning. Just called, they don't have my delivered scheduled till Sunday. So my weekend plans are shot! � And they can care less, POOR customer service. This has been the WORST experie... read more
Morning employee who originally worked in plumbing help me greatly in the light bulb area! Unfortunately I had to go to another Lowe's across town to by what I needed. I needed to do a return so I went back to the hammer lane store because our was closer. Rude from the beginning at the "Customer Service" and return area. Nothing but attitude, both females already assumed I was there to return bad or stolen items. I asked for the manager, but I doubt any action will be taken!
