Employees don’t wear their masks correctly! I took this pic of 2 women at customer service on tues and the young man who carried our table to the truck had his mask ( black mask) on his chin n not on his nose or mouth I get it’s uncomfortable but if Lowe’s is not going to enforce the proper way to wear them then why bother wearing at all!
This Lowe’s has always given me great customer service. I also like how the company supports our military and veterans!!!
the window sales experience was great. I felt treated like a person and was given the options available for what I needed.
Don't pay for doors and installation in advance. It's been almost two months since installing two doors. Still waiting for the third. I have called and called. They tell me installer will call me. Never does. Their department manager is trying. I just don't know what the problem is. Everybody got their money so I guess nobody cares anymore.
