Do not have them install new windows for you!! The manager we dealt with was not for the customer!!!
Have to say that I am not impressed with Lowes customer service in Wichita Falls. We bought a washer from them and got a good price. They were supposed to deliver between 9 am and noon today, 9/13/2014, but no one called. We called and found out that the installers were tied up on another installation. Not a problem but call us and let us know you are going to be late. Now they are supposed to be here by 2 pm and still no word.
