Yesterday I purchased a GE Dishwasher model GDF520PGJBB plus installation from store #75. I was informed by Anthony Lyles ref project #495877866 that my new appliance would be installed with in two days. I was contacted today by the contractor (Pennrey Homes) that they are backlogged and cannot install my appliance until 17 Jan 17. Lowes is awesome, we found everything we needed and more!
This is the third time i had had an issue with this store. First was a very rude employee, second management issue... I tried order something an they would never answer the phone or call me back, this time went in to buy a dishwasher after shopping around an they locked the doors 15 minutes early.
We purchased a icebox, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher and was told we could have it delivered. Well, I got a phone call yesterday saying they would be here between 9-12 and would call 30 minutes beforehand. Almost 130 with no phone call... Call the store and speak with someone in delivery. I was told that "they had to go all the way to Olney for an "emergency repair" and would be late but not really sure when it would be. We bought a huge shelf on a cold rainy day. The Lowes guys came out to help load our van without being asked. They even stayed with the shelf so I could wait inside where it was warm while my husband got the van ready. Thank you guys! You were awesome!
