The Store Manager Paul subjected me to quiet but persistent sexual harassment and abuse. Paul called me offensive names, commented cruelly on parts of my body, propositioned me, pinched me, brushed against me, and lifted the legs of my shorts. I made complaints to corporate and Frank the district manager but Frank did nothing. This makes me think that Lowe's is alright with sexual harassment. No woman should go through this
The store manager who runs this place is a racist, A few weeks ago I had a legit complaint because there was no one working in the store no workers on the floor and Paul Osborne told me "get the fuck out of my store you stupid nigger" You don't ever call a black man that you hear me lowes!!!
Totally ignored while standing next to the alliance I came in to purchase.....I guess my $500+ can be spent at Home Depot!
They seem like really understaffed... I am 8 and half months pregnant and I walked in the store with my two-year-old running around and my husband. The employee looks frustrated with the customer he is taking care of. We have been waiting for like almost half an hour and I hit the service bell get zero response. Not really impressed, used to be better but less employees equals less help when you need it.
No complaints about the store. The website, however, is virtually incompatible with chrome on a mac. There is no way to select a store through various methods - all links are dead and unclickable. Have tried numerous times using different methods. This should be addressed.
Don't go to this place if you need any help. Very unhelpful.
