I have been doing a kitchen update for a month. Purchased everything from Lowe’s. What a nightmare! Rarely do I enter the store and find a competent person with customer service skills - shutout to Patty at customer service and John in flooring and Nebal in appliances all in Westborough, MA. Don't waste your time here. They can't handle their curbside pickup load. I sat calling and calling for 15min. Finally went into the store and waited again. Then I get home, and they had given me the wrong lids to the trash cans I bought. Have to go back now. TERRIBLE. Don't waste your time or money on this terribly run store.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 months to have storm doors installed. The customer service at this store is appalling. I can’t even go into the experience at the store after they finally took measurements. It was a show, that’s for sure. The manager was no help. Then, Lowes actually called me to get the 2nd payment on the day the installer was supposedly coming and I said no call him first to make sure he’s showing up today. They told me they’d call me back.
