Bought a new sink, supposed to have a call in 2 business days to schedule installation, we called them at 4 days to be told we'd be called back immediately and then 2 more days go by, and we call again, and again we're told we'll be called back immediately. Unfortunately, we've found no one in the home improvement space that does what they say they are going to do in the time frame they say they will do it. What happened to integrity?
Bought a garage door opener with install. The installer (from contractor Open Sez Me) comes, decides that the pile of broken down cardboard boxes that was several feet from the opener, was too much to deal with. Doesn't call me to ask me to do anything with them or to reschedule....doesn't call me back when I call him....just leaves me in the lurch. So we bought a new washer and dryer from this Lowe's and they gave us a delivery time 12 days out. Not a problem. At 8:00 the night before they call us to tell us that the delivery won't happen and that it will probably be another week because the warehouse didn't set aside our units for delivery. Store's response to all of this... "Sorry." I've cancelled the order and will not be shopping there again.
I will never shop or use Lowes again. After spending 3k on a lowes credit card on a brand new LG refrigerator and 5 year service plan at this location it dies after 60 days. LG and Lowes think it is reasonable to take upto 20 days to order parts and service it while we have no food at home and our $650 in groceries we bought the day before it died all spoil. The managers attitude is horrible and he was very unhelpful. DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE AT LOWES, if it dies your SOL.
The staff has always been very helpful and kind. I enjoy going there.
