The flooring department is outstanding!
Great help special ordering a kitchen cabinet and a stove vent hood and bathroom vanities.
Waited for 4 hours for someone to come measure for new carpet and no one showed up. Very disappointed as we have a carpet emergency and we needed this done today.
AWFUL customer service, never shopping here again
Bought a washing machine had it installed and it moves all over the place. Paid 799 a week and a half ago. Today it is on sale for 599. Went there to complain. Waited forever to be treated rudely.
