For customer service 1 if you know where everything is that you want for that trip its great other wise go to a different Lowes or go to Home Depot if you want good customer service.
Went to go buy patio furniture, the person in the department wouldn't help me further than pointing the direction of where my items were located in the department store. Found the chairs but not the table, asked customer service to please send someone to help. They called, I waited in the outdoor furniture section and no one came. Left to Fontana which is actually nicer and has a friendlier staff
I have always gotten help finding things and polite salesmen. They also have electric carts for handicapped and don't hide them the way a competitor has done. I am going there today for furnace filters. They have all sizes!!
Love it. They always have what i need in the store... Clean organized and friendly
