Great design choices. When remodeling/flipping homes you don’t want people saying “it’s a Home Depot special” you want buyers to be wowed and Lowe’s has better finish/design items.
loved this store and have been coming for years. today I walked in and half the lights are off. aisles are dark. their excuse? saving power. will be taking my business elsewhere. very sad. When you turn your lights down so much to the point where customers have to squint to see what's down the aisle, you are saying that your customers do not matter.
Poor customer service. I didn’t need an employee to stand there for 5 mins telling me he didn’t know where they kept the extra stock. Isn’t that why you were called to plumbing ? To help me find the piece I needed ? Headed to Home Depot now. Sorry. Not sorry.

Called the store to check inventory on Dishwasher and Microwave. I asked them if they could hold them for me. when I got to the store they were in the appliance dept waiting for me. Thank you Leo!!
We Had excelant help from the employees at this store We were buying to Vanities and sinks and asked if they could open the boxes to make sure nothing was damaged and they did it without hesitation .
I got blinds here. They told me quick turn around from measuring, to cut, to installment. That's not true. It's taken a month now. Not to mention their staff cuts blinds wrong so you have to reschedule installer and he's swamped so a week plus to get him back out. Also ordered online. They delayed my order delivery twice and then cancelled order with no notification or reason. It was a mess. I also bought washer and dryer and their delivery company scheduled me for wrong day with 12 hour time frame. Never again
