I bought a mini fridge from them got it last week on 7/24/25. I did not open it up til yesterday 7/31/25 due to my apartment not being finished. Found 3 dents 2 on door 1 on top left back. Due to it being over 48 hrs they would not do anything. Called 800 customer service, after being on hold for 15 mins twice the guys said they can only give me 10% discount on a $200 purchase. Make sure you open anything you get within 24 hrs.
