I've had nothing but bad customer service through my home remodel, today I needed 1 more ply wood and 10 dry walls waited over a hour to get help with them out in for a kitchen design waited 3 weeks and never got it!!
It’s been twenty minutes since asked the last page for someone to come to the table saw. I can’t wait any longer. My abandoned cart is next to the table saw.

WET, MOLDY WALLS BY LOWES! @Lowes #LOWES installed 20 windows & all 20 have been leaking for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. They attempt to cover the windows but plastic blows off right away and leaks continue unabated https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE

Been waiting for 5 months for standard common appliances. We will be going somewhere else. These people have the "Could Care Less" attitude towards customers. NO employee wants to help anyone as they are too busy on their cell phones or chatting with co workers are their personal life. The should change the name to Ghost Town.The 800 number to Lowes is just as bad, I was transferred around to 7 different employees today. Lowes really Blows...
Esther in the paint department deserves 5 stars for her outstanding service helping me with custom colored stain. She came up with the right color, and offered to correct the color of my existing stain, which I brought in for reference.
