Ordered online 2 outdoor light fixtures and this is my 3 attempt trying to return this item. Apparently when you order online they are from outdoor vendors and they need vendor authorization code for the return, had receipt on hand and still having difficulties getting my refund. Still waiting here at lowes 3rd trip!! Called customer service talked to managers, this process is ridiculous!! I will never order online again!! Sick of this place!!
Not sure if anyone will see this, but I hope someone at management does. Today (5/11/17) I called the Redlands Lowes to confirm an item was in stock in the Tool Department. The front desk transferred me to tools. After 3-5 minutes of listening to music, I would be routed back to the front desk, who would again ask me what department I needed.
