I would give less than 1 star if possible. I have been trying for two months to get a washer and dryer. The first set was damaged, then had a recall so couldn't be replaced. The second set is now damaged again. If I get through this nightmare with the Lowe's in Ruckersville, I will never order from them again. They may have ruined me from all Lowe's shopping in the future.
Installed Sales at Lowes Ruckersville is an un-mitigated disaster. They sell very well (demanding full payment in advance) but then hand their projects off to subcontractors which they do not control. No schedules...no time commitments...always lame excuses. Do not trust this store with any sort of work in your home, my kitchen has been torn up for 3 full weeks now with no idea when it will be finished. I would give zero stars if I could.
Excellent service. Never a problem finding a salesperson to help. Sales staff is professional and knowledgeable.
The folks in this store, specificallly in the appliance department are the best. I recently moved into town and went to Lowes to purchase my washer and dryer. The delivered within a few days. When i first used the dryer it didn't seem to be working properly. But because it was a steam dryer, i thought maybe the level of dryness was different.
