RecommendedWhen it comes to checking out, Ruckersville Lowe’s has Wal-Mart beaten…by a long shot. One checkout line, zero self checkout lines working and 10 people in line and they refuse to open another line. At least Wally World has 7 self checkout registers. My recommendation is get some more freaking self-checkout lines for your customers, because Charlottesville Lowe’s is not that far.
Customer Service is the best I have ever seen. The ladies are very friendly and have always been of great help. My Grandson and I look forward to greeting them every time we visit the store.
The Harbor at Renaissance in Stanardsville called looking for donations of vegetable seeds for a victory garden to lift the residents spirits and we’re told to submit a firm on letterhead and maybe in a few months Lowe’s would consider. So much for helping the community.
so I work at this store and im just looking at the reviews and I notice that a lot of the "good reviews" are from employees that work there. I work here and even I dont recommend shopping here. 🤷
I am not sure how this store stays in business...the customer service is lackluster beyond measure.
SOOO I apologize for the rant in advanced. Usually, I don’t use social media as a platform to put businesses on blast BUT I am so frustrated at the lack of regard coming from Lowe’s and XPO...and if handling this over the phone isn’t getting me anywhere maybe laying out the entirety of the situation will. Best place to shop!!! Friendly staff
I went into this store to have work done on my deck. They extended the width of my deck. When the installer went to put the boards on my deck, he realized Lowe's ordered the wrong boards. He put the wrong boards on so that there isn't just a big gap and could temporarily use the deck, but it's been almost three weeks and my deck is still not repaired correctly. I also had to put my grill in front of an open rail area so my dog doesn't try to jump off the 10 foot drop of the deck. This is very unsatisfactory for this company.... read more
