After paying for a refrigerator tonight the cashier asked for our last name so she could add it to a tracking list. We declined. (After all, Lowe's just had a security breach...again.) The cashier proceeded to call us criminals and hold our recipe hostage. After several minutes of her harassing us and us not caving in she finally gave us our recipe, but not before saying "You need to leave, you are making me angry." Their customer service is horrendous and their staff is completely incompetent. I went into their store on 3/16 looking for flooring for a small space in my house. I found the flooring I wanted and it said it was by special order only. The flooring guy was working with other customers and had other people waiting on him so we decided to go to the customer center. HUGE MISTAKE.
