My husband and I bought a ladder a little more than a month ago. It wasn’t exactly the size we needed, so we returned it. We had the money put back on the card we used for the purchase. If I could give you a negative score, I would. I’ve been waiting on you to come out to install flooring for over a month. They were supposed to be here between 8-9 am and nobody showed or even called. I called and you guys said you’d call the installers and hung up on me. I want my money back.

After trying to find someone to do our flooring and going to 3 different places. We tried Lowes and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. Our house looks amazing now. They were fast and efficient for the amount of rooms we were doing. They did forget to order some room dividers, but they were able to order them and get them put in. We had 5 bedrooms we wanted carpet in and laminate in our front room and kitchen

If I could go lower on this rating I would do a negative 10 stars, I am so disgusted right now, my husband a WELL KNOWN VETERAN AT THIS LOWES IN LOGAN UTAH WAS JUST TOLD THAT IN ORDER TO GET A VETERANS DISCOUNT (that they gave to him every other visit) THAT HE NEEDED TO CARRY HIS DD214 DISCHARGE PAPERS TO PROVE IT!!! he was discharged during the Vietnam war so yeah he is going ot keep them handy right?! well lowes as you are usually over priced ANYWAY this professional home r… See more

The woman at the paint counter was fantastic! We bought a 5 gallon bucket of a color we ended up not liking Lowe's returned it no questions and the woman at the paint counter picked our color for us and we love it. My kids loved her blue hair!
