Went to purchase flowers and the people in the outdoor flower area were so rude.. left my items and walked out. Will not spend my money there!
I literally always have a problem with this store. They mess up deliveries, sale items, online orders. I live 30 minutes away, called and asked if they had an item, they said they had 3. So I drove all the way there for them to say they can’t find them. I got frustrated and an employee actually laughed! Only good employee at this place is the manager Paul!
We've had nothing but great experiences here. From the people and products, to the advice and genuine LISTENING to our questions, (not to mention the quick 'this is how to fix that ..' from anyone I ask), we are extremely happy with 'our' Lowe's store. Additionally, the outdoor seasonal decor lends for great, and goofy photo ops! (Love the Stay-Puft marshmallow man!) Keep up the greatness people!
Bought carpet from Lowes for my family room, very happy with the carpet (Stainmaster) but not the installers. They showed up at 5:30 on a Sunday, 2 1/2 hours late and rushed it leaving a big seams down the middle of my floor. Thy were sent back out to fix it but didn't so their boss was sent out. That *** claimed he couldn't see a seam, implied that I was a liar and he was thrown out of my house. Lowes sent a different installer out (competitor) and he fixed it right.
