I recently purchased a countertop installation through Lowes. The process started in May . it took me till July to actual get everything done because they lost my paperwork then it went under someone elses name. When the guy came to measure my coutertops he asked if I was going to use my own plumber or them. I stated you guys. Your flowers are awful! I’m beyond not happy with my purchase
We ordered a dishwasher and fridge in March. We've been given a delivery date several times, took time off work only to be told it wasn't coming. Called today and now it's not coming until the end of July. I get there's a pandemic and things are hectic but this is ridiculous.

Lowes on Market st. Winchester Va june 1, needed help with post set. Got great help with Sika from young man with blonde hair, silver chain, class ring ( loading crew). Also helped us load 10 ft post, handed us our bags and said " yes sir"! Well done young man! from an old handicapped couple
Was just at Lowe’s to purchase a Grill. First off woman acted like it was a problem to get a grill for me. Then seemed to get an attitude when I decided to get a better grill. Then told me to pay, which of course I did. So bought grill and Tank. Then asked if it could be loaded as I’m a Senior. Copped an attitude about that. The great staff at the North Winchester location.
Simple Sunday afternoon project, run all over town and couldn’t even get what I needed much less complete the project. People working in electrical are worthless. They have very little to no electricians experience. Pathetic. Lows does nothing well. Both Winchester locations suck, I went to both and neither employee knew anything about electrical, shelf stockers are all they are. I’ll know to NOT go to Lowe’s unless I know exactly what I need because the employees are clueless about the products. At least the Stevenson lows ... read more
