Did my parents dirty with flooring with my father being one of there biggest customers and no better time then the holidays. Then to add insult to injury manager Travis seemed to find it all very amusing. Do yourselves a favor and go to Home Depot.
Have always been a shopper at Lowes, not anymore. Worse experience getting flooring installed, was supposed to take 2 days, We are now on day 4, house is tore up, flooring is defective and now have to wait for a third party to inspect it, manager was no help, grinned at me the whole time I was complaining, told me I signed a contract and was stuck, at this rate won't be done by Christmas.
