Showed up to the store at 7:15 and found the doors to be locked and no employee or explanation in site. What is the point of having store hours if you don't abide by them? We live 40 minutes away and we depend on the information to be correct.
Don't buy combustion chainsaws from Lowes because I bought a chainsaw from here and the bar oil chamber leaks like a sieve. But Lowes won't take it back because I put oil and gas in the damn thing. How else am I to know if it leaked or not. Lowes policy is they will send it off to fix but if it costs more than 80 dollars it will cost me. I never used the damn chainsaw.
If i could give a 0 i would.spent over 700$ and did not get any help loading my 16ft trailer.It was not just myself i witnessed 6 other people loading lots of lumber by themselves.I have worked in retail for years and i would never let this happen. I suggest you check your monitors sunday between the hours of 10am and 12 to see what your employees were actually doing.And no one should have to ask for assistance it should just come.Very disappointed
Love LOWES! It's an adult version of a candy store! The manager, John is a great guy and all of the employees are always eager to help.
