They changed the way they do military discount. You have to register online now, so I had all my stuff scanned then had to go out to my car and register online. I got the verification email saying I’m good to go for my discount. Then they couldn’t find me in the system. I showed them my email verification my military ID everything and still couldn’t get it. Disappointing. Came for what they said was in stock & it wasn't
We had a brand new washer and dryer delivered. They never called before they came out to fix the door. So they delivered a different dryer. This one was all scratched up. They didn't hook up the vent and one of the delivery men had a very bad attitude. We will be contacting Lowe's Corp!
We had a fridge delivered on 12/21 and I couldn't be happier with the 2 young men who did the delivery and set up! they were amazing ~ careful, caring, courteous. professional...I could go on and on! Thank you so very much! We will definitely look at Lowe's in Brookings when we need to replace the next appliance.
