Not anything like a privately held lumber yard or hardware store but monumentally better than the buffoons at Home Depot. All in all Lowes takes some of the suck out of a big box store and lacks in full service like what this business once was.
A big THANK YOU to Frank for his help tonight with our appliance purchases. He was able to take a bad experience that we had at a competitor's store and make it right for us. I truly appreciate the great customer service and discount that Lowe's provides for military service. Keep up the great work!
I just bought a refrigerator they were supposed to deliver it today Saturday at the latest and now I find out that I'm not even on the schedule I am NOT happy they are going to send it out Monday big difference from Friday.
